INTRODUCTION

Quick. Make a list of the things that you least like to do. Moving is near the top of most people’s lists. Transitioning into or out of a home or an office is filled with tension, long to-do lists, and a bunch of non-income-producing tasks that become high-priority in a big hurry.

FOR LANDLORDS

There are two kinds of move-outs (vacancies)

  1. The tenant is moving out of their own accord.

If the tenant notifies us they intend to move out (say for another job), CREM Management replies by:
