Leticia Herrera, a Los Angeles native, joined the CREM family in February 2017. She oversees the daily management of probate, trust, and standard real estate transactions in the Los Angeles area. Leticia has managed sales of all types of probate and trust, speaks fluent Spanish, and possesses strong administrative skills and contract knowledge. Her attention to detail and excellent communication skills allow her to deliver quality representation to clients.

Leticia graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and worked for the Orange County's Auditor-Controller and Social Services departments before transitioning into the Real Estate industry in 2015.

When Leticia is not at work, she often enjoys the sunshine and warm Los Angeles weather at the beach with family and friends.
